Discos offers its experience in the packaging of your products in single-dose strips; the processing takes place in a cleanroom to ensure safety. With an eye towards evolving regulations for the sector, we support customers during the product development phases, including through the creation of pilot batches. We share processing protocols with a view to constantly implementing the quality offered.
PRODUCTS WE ELABORATE:
• Eye drops in liquid or gel solution;
• Nasal solutions;
• Ear solutions;
• CE-MD marked skin care products in cream or serum.
The packaging capacities of the strips are from 0,30ml to 10ml, in PE or PP material. All plastic materials are certified according to the directives of the American and European Pharmacopoeia. The customization of the single-dose is done by pad printing on one or both strip sides, even in multiple colors. The variable batch and expiry date are imprinted with ink-jet. The entire production process that takes place in a CLEAN ROOM is constantly monitored and is carried out according to procedures of quality systems UNI EN ISO 22716:2008 (GMP) and UNI CEI EN ISO 13485:2016 for which the company is certified.
